Como buen hermano mellizo del fuet, el Pepperoni Happy V es una elegante alternativa vegana al Pepperoni tradicional. Está igual de bueno que el fuet, pero tiene un toque Sabe igual que el fuet, y también comparte su textura firme, pero tiene el picante suave característico del Pepperoni. Queda genial en frío y en caliente, y es ideal para animar cualquier receta de pasta, pizza, guisos, salteados… Y también es perfecto para picar tal cual. Está tan bueno que no podrás creer que sea 100% vegetal.

 

Ingredientes: Agua, GLUTEN DE TRIGO (33%), aceite de coco, HARINA DE ESPELTA (4%), contiene 2% o menos de: nuez moscada, pimienta negra, cilantro, pimienta de Jamaica, cardamomo, aromatizantes, glutamato monosódico, inosinato disódico; espesante: agar, alginato de sodio; sal; color: óxidos de hierro.
